Matured in – North American / European oak casks.

Aroma – Sweet, smooth and mellow, hint of citrus and clean grassy notes. Definite treacle toffee.

Taste – Warming and nicely rounded, citrus comes through along with a hint of bitter chocolate. Full lingering aftertaste.

Finish – Sweet but with a peaty edge.
