Colour - Gold.

Aroma - Well-fired fruit cake, orange peel, citrus notes. Very slight prickle in the nose, with open-air freshness. Unusual honey sweetness coming from the wood.

Taste - Fresh and lively, with a hint of that prickle on the tongue. Orange spice. Honey.

Finish - Smooth and full; quite short, but leaves a warm memory.
